Return requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery. Damaged or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours with clear photos or videos.

Condition of Jewelry:
Items must be unused, unworn, unaltered, and returned in original packaging with all accessories.

2. Non-Returnable Items
Customized or made-to-order jewelry, engraved items, resized pieces, sale items, and free gifts are non-returnable unless received damaged or incorrect.
