At The Frozen Assets, we take pride in delivering your shine fast, safe, and secure. Every order is handled with care, inspected for quality, and shipped directly from our U.S. warehouse.

Shipping Time

Orders are shipped Monday through Friday during standard business hours. All orders are dispatched from our U.S. warehouse through trusted delivery partners: UPS, DHL, and FedEx.

Estimated Delivery Time: 3 to 6 business days for U.S. orders.

Shipping Cost: Shipping is free for all orders over $200.

Processing Time

Processing time varies depending on the product. Most in-stock items are processed and shipped within 48 hours. Custom or made-to-order pieces may take between 3 to 4 weeks to complete, depending on design and production queue. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details and your estimated delivery date.

Important: In some cases, payment transactions may take additional time to clear through the bank. This may extend processing by 24 to 48 hours. Orders begin processing only after payment confirmation has been received.

Cut-Off Times

To ensure your order is shipped on the same business day, please place it before 12:00 AM Eastern Standard Time. Orders placed after this time will begin processing the following business day.

Customs Duties and Tariff Policy

Please note that our product prices do not include customs duties or import taxes. Customers are responsible for any applicable import taxes, tariffs, or fees charged by their local customs authorities. These are typically collected by your national postal service or government agency at the time of delivery.

If a shipment is returned due to unpaid duties or taxes, the customer will be responsible for any return or reshipping costs. In cases where a package is refused or abandoned by customs, The Frozen Assets will not be able to issue a refund or replacement.

Can I Edit or Change My Order After Purchasing?

Once an order is placed, it immediately enters our manufacturing or fulfillment process to ensure timely delivery. Because of this, we’re unable to cancel, edit, or adjust any order once it’s confirmed.
